DP "AZMA" A SOCIAL COMPANY
DP "AZMA" is located in the northern industrial zone in Kragujevac, next to the road between Kragujevac and Batocina. It was established in 1978, and since then it has been producing materials for noise and vibration damping, as well as for heat and dump protection. These materials are being produced according to the tehnology of European corporation "KELLER", now "RIETER". Our products are intended to be used in car industry, industry of production of agricultural and constraction machinery, industy of home appliances, as well as in construstion. We have quality system certified by "EVROCERT", a certification organization, according to JUS ISO 9001/2000, which proves the high quality degree of our products as well as the stability of production process


HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
1946 "PARTIZAN", a leather company, is established. MAY 26TH, 1978, a new equipment for production of anti-acoustic materials, according to "KELLER" technology, for needs of "ZASTAVA" car factory is installed and starts to work. Eighty nine workers parcitipates in this production process. JANUARY 1ST 1979, "AZMA" starts to operate as independent basic organization of associated work (OOUR) whitin the working organization (RO) "PARTIZAN". DECEMBER 31ST ,1989. "AZMA" separates from RO "PARTIZAN", and registers as an independent company. A new peoduction facility, occupying area of 1000 m2 is being built. 201 workers participate in the production process. TODAY, DP "AZMA" has 186 workers. The total area of company is 27800 m2, out of which the covered area is 4000m2. Annual capacity is 5000t.

The policy of "AZMA" , Kragujevac , has a permanent goal - to organize and manage its working processes exclusively according to the requirements and needs of the market and its customers. Since "AZMA", a social company, work under the licence of "KELLER" company, whose technology for production of absorbers and insulation materials ia a unique one in the world, the products of DP "AZMA" must be also in the same class. In order to fulfill this goal, we oblige ourselves to manage our business activities utterly according to the standard JUS ISO 9001/2001. The realized quality management system enables the following:
1.) continual increase of customers satisfaction; 2.) making partnerships and long-term relations with supliers; 3.) profit increase through reduction of operating costs and increase of quality level of our products; 4.) Increase of workers motivation and their standard of living; 5.) enviroment protection; 6.) ontinual improvement of all working processes. for running this kind of quality policy, responsibility is defined by documentation of quality management systems VISION DP "AZMA" is a Yugoslav leader in the field of production of material for noise absorption and heat and damp insulation, which is used in car industry, construction and machinery industry. MISION DP "AZMA" exist in order to produce materials which will: - reduce the bad influence of noise* - enable efficient energy saving - conduct reliable hydro-protection and -enable fire protection whitout endangering the enviroment
